Java Requests
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE POSTING!
If you wish to have Java functionality enabled on your HelioHost account, please follow these instructions:
1) Make a topic titled "Request for Java: hh_username", replacing "hh_username" with your HelioHost username (the one you use to sign in to your cPanel).
2) In your post, please include the following information:
a. Your HelioHost account name (again).
b. Your HelioHost domain name. Please post this in the format domain.heliohost.org, NOT http://domain.heliohost.org/ or domain.
c. The server on which your account is located.
Only users on Johnny may have Java/JSP enabled. If you are on Stevie, please follow the instructions in this guide to move your account to Johnny.
Note: In an effort to keep server loads low and websites fast, it may take some time for Java to be activated on your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.
