But for me the web-disk isn't working, either from win7 or from linux. It says that the port is not open, but is just not true. I personally configured my router and my firewall to forward that port on my PC as i did with the rest of the ports. Can anyone access the web-disk?? Thanks in advance. jje Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 WebDisk was disabled due to unpopularity and to minimize downtime. As an alternative, may I recommend FTP instead? It is just the same as WebDisk but less secure and faster. FTP can be setup the same way as WebDisk except you enter ftp://ftp.mysite.heliohost.org instead of http://mysite.heliohost.org:2077 However, I recommend you download an FTP Client such as FileZilla as it is much easier, less complex, and more reliable.
