But this problem still exists before I'm able to use my domain name with heliohost. --------------------------------- Error while connecting to ISNIC. Error code: 2490 (Cannot update nameservers). Please try again later or contact customer support if the problem persists. For .is domains the nameservers must be configured correctly before the delegation can be completed. Not all ISPs are aware of this. Please contact the administrators of the nameservers you are trying to use, and ask them to create a valid zone file for ngs.is on all the nameservers. ------------------------------ I guess the most important part of this information is on the last line that is "valid zone file for ngs.is on all the nameservers." Hendrik Posted April 28, 2011 Author Share Posted April 28, 2011 I was constantly changing the the name servers to see what works and what doesn't, that is why they ngs.is is pointing to other name servers. But yeah, i have no idea either why it doesn't work. I have contacted my domain name registrar about the issue too but still waiting for the answer. Anyway, thanks for your help . If your nameserver is *not* listed below, please remove the ngs.is zone. Domain ngs.is is now delegated by ISNIC to the following nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Please check the attached registration information for ngs.is and correct (via https://www.isnic.is/contact/my.php) if needed.
