Thank you for your hard work, Admin.
We may not say it enough (we don't want to take up your time unneccessarily) but
we do need you to know we are grateful for all the hard work you do in the background to keep us happy.
Little notes like yours let's us know what's happening and that's half of the frustration gone immediately ;-)
