Hi,

I moved my site from Johnny to Stevie (I've followed all the instructions from the wiki) but I can't acess it because the domain still linked to Johnny.
All configs in Stevie correctly indicates my domain.

My account in Johnny was cancelled, as requested in the wiki.

Can you check this issue?

cPanel user: serloiro
Domain: sereiadoloiro.com
Server: Stevie

Note: has been over 48 hours.

That domain is listed as being registered on Stevie.

For test, I've registered a .tk domain (sereiadoloiro.tk), added as a parked domainand the "Account Queued" page from it correctly links cPanel to Stevie but on sereiadoloiro.com the "Account Queued" page still using Johnny as cPanel server.

How long is this process?

The queued page can show for anywhere from 24-48 hours. It is not in our control.

Has been over 48 hours since the I moved the .com to Stevie. I requested this at 12 noon, 8-Apr (PST).
I don't understand why it still linked to Johnny.

Your site loads fine, but ping requests return this IP: 46.37.165.10 and according to whois, your nameservers are not set to HelioHost (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org). This domain is not linked to HelioHost.
