In Visual Studio i try to create a new connection, I select Miscrosoft SQL Server (Sqlclient), and fill like this image: When i try to Test Connection this happens: Can someone help me?Thanks. yashrs Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 Try changing the Data Source to "MySQL Database" instead of "Microsoft SQL Server" and tell if it works. Also, if you have not enabled remote MySQL access, you will have to do so.
