dinkelstefan Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Dear Heliohost, I found a bug in my cpanel, that crashes the web-server instantly and triggers every time I try it. Whenever I go to my detailed server status and refresh it once,my web-server crashes and all my pages give a 500: Internal server error. I am not sure if it only crashes my front-end. The number of processes per user is limited in Heliohost to limit abuse of resources. cPanel's internal processes for your user are also counted in this.
