Can't Change Password Because I'm Not Getting Email Confirmation

I've just created new account on Stevie (old one is deleted because I had problems with Addons domains) and your status script says "now you can login on heliohost.org" but there's one problem. Server keeps saying that I'm entering wrong password but I'm 100% sure that I'm entering right password (same problem I had after registration on the old account, resetting password is solution). I've tried to reset password on new account and I can't get confirmation code on my mail (mail provider is GMX.com)

 

Username: Marko98

Server: Stevie

Main domain: server25.heliohost.org

I found why I have not received a confirmation code by mail. Because your servers have problems sending mail to GMX.com and GMX.de mail. I again deleted the account and made a new one, but this time with Outlook.com address and confirmation code came within a few seconds. :)

I'm not seeing this username or domain in our database:

 

Username: Marko98

Main domain: server25.heliohost.org

 

I do see this username and domain name:

 

Username: marko302

Main Domain: server21.heliohost.org
