And is it possible to upgrade MySQL to 5.5 or 5.6. I have seen other webhosts where you can select PHP version for your website for which I am just giving a suggestion. Tried using External SMTP Services but it doesnt work anymore like it used to work before with Heliohost, Error Log of Email. wolstech Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 The subdomain can be removed in cPanel. If it's not showing for some reason, an admin can remove it for you. I've got nothing on the SMTP problem. I'll escalate this. Also, for the future, we try to work the oldest topics with no replies first, so bumping makes you last in line if there were other topics with 0 replies awaiting responses. It looks like it was partially removed so I removed some remnants that were leftover.And is it possible to upgrade MySQL to 5.5 or 5.6.Johnny is currently running Mysql 5.6.21. I've seen people send unsolicited email through the google servers, and get this sort of error so it might be a problem with your specific account. Krydos Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Yes, Mysql on Stevie will be updated eventually. We upgrade Johnny first to make sure the new versions are stable, and make sure there aren't any conflicts with our systems before updating Stevie. This is part of the reason Stevie has so much better uptime, and is so much more stable than Johnny. If you want the newest possible version of software as soon as possible though Johnny is the server to be on. Thank you for your input on what we should upgrade next. We value your feedback.
