I am going to confess that, i have created two hosting accounts. My first account details are:main domain: appload.heliohost.orgusername: apploadserver: stevieAfter i forgot my password and unable to recover it, i have created a second account.main domain: allmovie.gqusername:allmovieserver:stevieNow, as the rule is one account per user, i want to delete the "appload" account after "backing" up the files.What should I do? wolstech Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Your password for appload has been manually reset and sent to the email address on file for the account appload. Please log into your appload account using the password in that email, then back up your files, databases, and any other data you may want.
