[Solved] Sites Giving Database Error

dear helpdesk,

Last few days all my sites sites are down and showing database error.

 

the site http://freejournal.heliohost.org/freejournal/index.php shows the following error:

DB Connection failed: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'umakantm_journal'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

 

the site http://mishra.work/blogs/ shows the following error

Error establishing a database connection

 

I tried to check through phpmyadmin. but phpmyadmin is asking me username and password again and again and is not allowing me to login.

 

I need your help to solve this problem.

This is the same issue everyone else had. Change your cpanel password (be sure to select synchronize MySQL password), then log out and in again. After that, delete the database users and recreate them, then reassign them.

 

You also should check in phpmyadmin to make sure the data is still there. If your databases used innodb, your data is likely gone.

My wordpress data files are gone from phpmyadmin. I had built it with a lot of effort. I have not taken backup. Is there a way that you can restore it from your server backup?

Which database would you like restored? This restore will overwrite any data that is already in the database.
