Stevie has been rather unstable the past few days, we're looking into the cause. Check out the news forum and the other relevant posts in customer service for more information. I just tried going to https://heliohost.org/backup/ and entered my username & email. Upon receiving the email it asks me to download my "backup". However, after downloading the backup, which is in the filename of twodots.tar.gz ..... I tried opening it but it says "the archive twodots.tar.gz is empty"..... I'm not sure what am I suppose to do? As I'm not very tech savvy.... Also, with regards to Tommy, how can I make a donation? Is there a minimum amount too? Thanks all for the help...
