wolstech Posted September 24, 2016 Share Posted September 24, 2016 I don't recognize that software. It's something you installed, so you would need to check the normal things that cause DB errors. Try recreating the user for your database. Verify that the data is still in the database (we lost a bunch of InnoDB data recently), and verify the programs configuration is correct.
