I am having problem having my php script website load and i am suspecting the problem to be on .htaccess file since i have loaded the same script on 000webhost for testing purposes and it loads well. If you think .htaccess is to blame though, rename the .htaccess to something else so it's ignored, and see if it works. Also, what program are you running?
