Tommy has PHP 7.0.9, 5.6.24, 5.5.38, or even 5.4.45 which you can switch based on folder in your cPanel. We have no immediate plans to upgrade Stevie PHP at this time because Tommy does not support PHP 5.3 and some of our users still require that old version.
