What is the URL I need to have open in order to even attempt to signup on Tommy tomorrow (in 13 hours and 40 min)? Is : https://www.heliohost.org/signup/server/ the correct place to be waiting? Today, it said full right away, in less than 2 seconds. It is the only place I have found that actually shows Tommy as a choice.
