Cannot Login + Delete Dns Records

TMVector

Recommended Posts

Hi, thanks for your free hosting :)

I had an account on johnny or stevie before, and after it went down I managed to get a new account on tommy. However, I cannot seem to login!

My username is TMVector and my email is tmvector@gmail.com. I have tried resetting my password to different things, and logging directly into cPanel.

I think I was able to login in when I first created my account because I remember trying to change the DNS records.

The other thing is that there are still DNS records from my old account that mean I cannot use my domain name through your DNS service. My old username was ondomne. If you are able to delete all the records from that old account it would be great. If not, they are for forestbellringers.co.uk. I think there were @ and www records.

Thanks a lot.

Jonny

The account tmvector does not exist...that email belongs to a Johnny account called fbrweb. You probably had a creation failure due to the email / domain already being used.

Moving to customer service so Byron/Krydos will see this.

Ah thanks man. Yes I wasn't sure about the username because my helionet username is TMVector.

Could it be that I cannot login because (it looks like) Johnny is down then? Just tried with fbrweb as well.

EDIT:

I'm guessing that's the login problem, but could you also please take a look at the DNS issue I mentioned in the OP, thanks :)
