samueleb Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 Hi, I have this problem, I forgot my HelioHost password, I tried to recover it but at the "set new password" page, I couldn't press submit button: it was disabled. The password respect all the suggestion (10 characters, mixed combination of upper/lower case - symbols)How can I reset my password if I can't press the submit button? samueleb Posted March 16, 2017 Author Share Posted March 16, 2017 No, it doesn't contain my user. I tried to reset pw from both of them (from cPanel Johnny and from Helio site), no one worked. So I tried to manually enable the submit button in the html code of Helio page and this worked, but I don't now how. Now I can login.
