Please download your backups at https://www.heliohost.org/backup/

The automated backup process is now complete. Any mysql databases were saved as .sql files in your archive. All of your files and databases were compressed using .tar.gz format. This type of archive can be extracted using a command like

tar zxvf username.tar.gz

or if you use windows you might need to download some software, such as http://www.7-zip.org/download.html Let us know if you need any help with anything.

I, personally, don't need a backup from Ricky, but to check if it works I've visited the link and...

And I've got email with link to the Stevie's backup. The one from December.

Possibly there is some issue when the username and email used on Ricky is the same that has been used previously on Stevie.

For me this is not a problem, but you may want to check if other users won't be affected with it.

Thanks for pointing this out. I have removed the backups of any Stevie accounts that match username and email to a Ricky account. There were only 50 or so people affected.

A bunch of links I should see on the backend point to files in a non-existent folder called /0/...something didn't import right I think.

The /0/ links are missing Stevie backups. I deleted some 45 byte empty Stevie backups without deleting the entry from the database so the link doesn't exist anymore.
