Tanix Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 Hello, djbob! I need your help. I tried to add "tanix.org.ru" as a new Parked Domain, failed. Because my DNS is wrong. In "Parked Domains" page, it says "No Parked Domains are present". But when I try to add it again, it says : There was a problem creating the parked domain. Error from park wrapper: tanix.org.ru is already configured. Then I go to "Addon Domains" page to creating the addon domain "tanix.org.ru", it says: Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: [tanix.heliohost.org] I go to "Subdomains" page to add a subdomain "game.tanix.org.ru" (Can select this!), it says: Error from domain wrapper: We were unable to locate your current domain name, tanix.org.ru in the webserver configuration! The subdomain cannot be added because information about your domain could not be obtained from the webserver configuration file. ..... Could you help me? I want to add "tanix.org.ru" as addon domain. When I type u-spirit.heliohost.org/cpanel, I'm redirected to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php... I can't add my domain (addon domain) and got the same error message ("Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: (...)"). Please, help. This issue has been escalated now to their high level technicians, who still can't figure it out. Most of their attempts at fixes seem rather bogus to me, but let's hope they figure something out.
