eaglet2006
Need help.I want to park a domain. But I can't change DNS nameservers in my domain interface(ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org). An error occured ("You must specify at least two nameservers in different /24 networks - FATAL ERROR!"). How can I solve it? Also i can't find how to contact the heliohost support. Ashoat
We don't have two nameservers in /24 prefixes. Why do they need that? It seems unreasonable.
eaglet2006
So do they demand two DNS nameservers with different IP's? But we have identical. It seems I can't park my domain here?
Ashoat
We have two different IPs mapping to the same nameserver, but checking for CIDR prefixes won't confirm two separate nameservers anyways. I have never heard of a registrar that has this requirement. Who do you have your domain with?
eaglet2006
I've written it in the 3rd post. Or what do you mean?
Ashoat
Interesting. Well, sorry... I'm not sure there's much I can do for you in this scenario. We don't have nameservers in seperate /24 prefixes.
