Trying to change "istloway.heliohost.org". Must be mistfloway.heliohost.org

I have 2 times tried to change the domain through this script, but nothing comes out. (After each attempt, I waited 48 hours.) For the first time i entered parameters like this: "login" "password" "site_name.heliohost.org" The second time try: "login" "password" "site_name" That didn't work either. The website available at the old domain, and not available new. In the cPanel also displays the old domain. what am I doing wrong?

My site mistfloway.heliohost.org stopped working about a week ago. When i try to go on it, the browser loaded for a long time and eventually nothing loads. When i try to Login on the page http://www.heliohost.org/classic/login to access the cPanel the page load very very long time and eventually not loading too. Browser says that cannot install connection with the server stevie.heliohost.org:2082 What happened?
