Recently my disk space reached to max and the account got suspended. After clearing the disk space it is unsuspended but produced one problem, my database got corrupted. If you have any backup of this accounts database please restore it. username : astralfw subdomain : astral-fw.heliohost.org Thank You.

This problem still persists. I want to restore my database tables but i cant login to phpMyAdmin.

Also recently i started getting core dumps. I deleted them few times but its not stopping. The main directory currently contains 2 core dumps.

Usually phpmyadmin webapp automatically logs us in when we go through our cpanel shortcut but in my case its not loggin in. I tried to login with my account username but fails. Username :astralfw Domain : astral-fw.heliohost.org

Same problem user : teamroot domain : teamroots.co.cc

So is it possible for one of the administrators to re-enable/re-create the account because the registration limit is exceeded. Thank You.

Sorry for this late reply, domain name is teamroots.co.cc and its the only domain in the account, was added as an addon domain. I can see the password reset message if i use the username but i never get the reset email.

Its been more than 3 days but our site is down, also we are unable to login to cpanel via heliohost's frontpage. Username : teamroot
