i have a big problem about our account can't be unsuspended again by the admin so i would you to delete the aisoft account with : username : aisoft server : stevie domain : aisoftsolution.com please, delete the above suspended account... because i can't delete it manually in http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete so the next, i can try to sign-up new account again... thanks admin for your advance

Ok... i think the account is clean now... because i has been deleted some files (php and folder) that potentially malware infected... may be the admin/owner can be checked again for the account... and thanks before for your advance...

Dear Heliohost Admin... i have some trouble for my wordpress blog... because the visual editor (tinyMCE) of new wordpress version 3.12 didn't work... and the issue is caused by zlib compression must be set on... in the cpanel... i cannot change the php configuration... so would you change the php configuration to set below zlib.output_compression=on zlib.output_compression_level=5 my heliohost account : aisoft thanks before...

Ok... the parked domain of aisoftsolution.com has been deleted now... so could you change the main domain of aisoft.heliohost.org to aisoftsolution.com? and if the main domain has been changed... so then if using heliohost account... can i enter the cpanel of aisoftsolution.com? Ok... thanks for your advice... maybe i choose to still placed domain of aisoftsolution.com as a parked domain... so my account in heliohost is still establised... but my question... how long to make an account in parked domain can be run normally to access webhost heliohost? because the domain is still queued now... when the domain can access NS heliohost normally? may be you have some suggestion for that queued... thanks before...
