All this is bizarre because I'm positive I was there on Dec 19th and yet, I never received that "please login to cPanel or your account will be deleted" e-mail. Yes, I have a copy of my site and I have just created another account under the same name, now waiting for activation.

I'm positive, it was on Dec 19th. My domain name is mtelis.heliohost.org. Site is "under construction".

My last login was on Dec 19th. cPanel username is mtelis.

Hi, I can't login to cPanel, the system says something like "no such user". It happened before and normally the problem resolved itself within a couple of days but not this time. Could you please take a look? Sincerely, > Mike

I'm happy to confirm that my account is alive. Thank you very much for your help! I'm not sure how all this could have happened. Yes, I received the "HelioHost Account Notification e-mail" on Feb 11th and I acted immediately. Nevertheless, my activity wasn't noticed/logged and account was suspended. Mike

cPanel login name: mtelis I can't login to cPanel with my username/password. I tried resetting password and got e-mail with confirmation code. However, when I tried to use the code, it says that account's been suspended It all started with HelioHost Account Notification e-mail I received a week ago. I immediately followed the link to reactivate account and it went smoothly but (as it turns out now) my account's been suspended, anyway! Please help! Mike
