Heliohost IT Team, Johnny server is down last 2 days? Could you please bring back this server.I have hosted my website "astrodpverma.com" on johnney server. May I know the ETA for this? Please do the needful Regards Sumit

Hi Heliohost Team, My account ( "sumedha") has been suspended.I got an email from you that "Heliohost account Inactive" on Jun 21,2013 but when I am clicking Renewal link (http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew) and giving my user name, its saying account is not existing. Hi Heliohost Team, I have hosted a website ( domain - www.astrodpverma.com) on stevie/Jonny. My user Name is- parthk Somehow I did not logged in my account within 30 days and it has suspended now. Now I would like to re-host this website.I am trying to signup new account but its not allowing me. Could you please help me on this? Hi Heliohost Admin, I have forgotten my user name and not able to login in cpanel hence site is going to queued page. Domain - www.astrodpverma.com Could you please delete existing account from your end so that I could create a new account and host my site once again on heliohost? When I m trying to create new account then getting below message- Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation.
