It's been a while, but I made the donation and got an invite. But I can't pick my own username (obviously). What do you mean exactly with a transaction id? Or do you need the email adress I donated from?

To be honest, I'm having a small panic attack right now.. I always make sure it does not go inactive. When it does, I immediately renew my account. Wow that is really strange... I'm pretty sure my last login was early August and I didn't get a notice to reactivate my account. It couldn't just delete itself right? Is there any way to retreive my data?

Hi, It's probably my own fault, but my account seems to be deleted... I know I have to visit cPanel once every 2 weeks, so it won't become inactive. But due to some things I haven't been able to. And now I cannot even renew my account any more, because it's not in the database Any chance to fix this? I'm afraid I haven't even made a backup, stupid me! Username: django Server: johnny

I can still upload in filemanager, everything seems normal, but I can´t access my website.
