I'd like to appologise for my rediculous outburst this morning, I've been getting increasingly frustrated with this planet we live on and my site going down this morning push me over the edge. I think what these guy's and gal's here at heliohost is amazing work! It's by far the best free service I've found so what I was on about this morning was mere blind abuse. I've spoken to an Admin and he's put me on the right path to improving the quality of the site. Keep up the good work,

Right this is becoming an increasingly annoying problem! My site is up there for my mates and my mates are retarded and wont keep checking back if the site keeps going down. Every freaking day I turn my laptop on it's down again. I can access cpanel fine, albeit very slow. Nothing else works.... Even if it springs back to action I'd like to know why the hell it does this, If it's your server then god knows. Oh yeah, it's not my DNS the name server's are fine, this is something on your end from my understanding. Next time it goes down ill just come on here and have an even worse rant about it, seams to have made it work. I want answer's though....

Hello, I've started a new thread because I feel 2 days for a reply from an admin on my old one is too long. My old domain was asimpleman.heliohost.org which got changed to asimpleman.biz It's still not working, I've checked with 123 reg and they have everything fine on there end, and with some help from Wolstech another user we deduced it's a problem on your end. Please could you sort this out, these problem's have already put my site back 2 week's....

Nothing as of yet, any admin's about? Common this is getting ridiculous now!

I never added it under addon domains, I asked them to change my default domain to it. Ill open up another thread anyway, see as this one's been prematurely {solved}. Cheers for all your help wolstech! They gonna give you an support admin job for this? EDIT: haha ok it's not solved! someone must have changed it. Any help admin's?

Hey wolstech thanks for the reply again, I didn't specifically mate no, user cl58 above did it for me. I don't have the option to do it so I used the script on the main site, which didn't work. It now say's my default domain is asimpleman.biz but alas nothing is working? So you reckon it's something on Heliohosts side?

Grrr. This is doing my nut in! I've contacted 123-reg and they have updated my name server's for me. It's been 48 hours, if not longer and i'm still not able to access my site. Is there something i'm missing? I did a quick Nameserver check and it's still saying there's no nameserver's attached. But my Whois http://who.is/whois/asimpleman.biz/ does... :/ Ha sorry i'm new at all this, well my knowledge is very old of all this ha.

I'm a few hour's early than 48 hours, but alas it still isn't working. , it's changed on my Cpanel, but it doesn't work. I made sure to refresh my cache, but alas still nothing. Right i've checked the name server's on my DNS and it says' there's no nameservers found? I changed my domain over 2 day's ago now, so i'm confused. There both set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Any help? I've no idea how to check if it's your end not working, or mine. Edit: I believe it's my end, I get this error when I'm trying to change the nameserver's on 123-reg. Error text: Registry error, domain's nameservers not updated [Required parameter missing text SRS Major Code: 5060 text SRS Minor Code: 50607 text --DOMAIN_DATA_MISSING] If you are attempting to modify nameservers for an .eu domain, we are currently looking into this issue. please try again later. Any help you guy's? It's not a .eu domain but could this be effecting it?

Hi i used your domain changer script last week sometime because I was a doylum and forgot to put my domain up on registration, and it hasn't changed. Could you please update my default domain to http://asimpleman.biz I've already updated my nameservers, there just resetting as I type. My user is S1mplema Domain currently is asimpleman.heliohost.org Edit: Sever is Stevie
