It wasn't made.

I installed phpbb3 at my site and got an error while configuring the acp (admin control panel): I tried to find that error log, but can't find it... I tried the error log that is showed in the cPanel (the last 300 errors) and not again. Tried to see if where made an error log in the host and nothing again. Maybe it is an error log that only the heliohost admin can see... Well i would like if someone could speak me where that error log is placed and maybe solve that problem... If someone can solve it easily, it is great, but i want to know where that error log is placed for don't be so dependent... BR, Julian

The issue is that i can't login to the CPanel. One Admin spoke to me that can reset the password, it can work... I added the tag Queue for the topic don't be closed and the topic was added here because i couldin't find the place to add him. EDIT: Emails from Heliohost to @mandic.com.br addresses seem to be disappearing.

Domain: samurais.heliohost.org Server: Johnny account name: samurais I already waited a lot of time, the account looks that is already approved, but i can't make a login in the CPanel. It speaks that the login or password is wrong and i already tried to call the password recovery e-mail, but i didn't received an e-mail... If someone can see the problem and solve it asap, i will be pleased. If you guys are just don't leaving new accounts come, so just speak it that i just go search another host, but don't make me lose more time.
