This is not the problem of a week ago or so that required deleting and recreating database users. The DBs themselves are working fine, including one for a Wordpress blog. After logging into cPanel, and attemping to start phyMyAdmin, another login prompt appears. I'm not sure what name & password to use, but it makes no difference, as any attempt leads to: The stevie.heliohost.org page isn’t workingstevie.heliohost.org is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

It's obviously not a user-specific set of problems. One more example - after clicking on phpMyAdmin in cpanel, the next screen is another login
