    a. your HelioHost username: r1backman b. the server your account is on: johnny c. your HelioHost main domain: http://bpscore.heliohost.org I get the reset email, put in the "Confirmation code:" and it just returns. It does not work as a password. (Maybe I am missing somthing) http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status does not find my user ID.
