I'm getting the suspended because of inactivity/not logging on on cpanel message on my site http://sagisawa.heliohost.org but when trying to renew it the following message appears instead: " Active Account Your account can't be renewed because it's already active. To update your last login date you just need to log in to your cPanel. Failure to log in at least once every 30 days results in your account being flagged as inactive." and yet after logging in on cpanel the same suspended because of inactivity message appears. Thank you.

Hello. A few minutes ago while on the file manager I accidentally deleted pretty much all of my public_html folder. Sadly, I had no backups of my site so I question if you guys could somehow restore the deleted files or even if you had a backup of the site for me to restore my site until certain point. I know the chances of this are very low but as unlikely it may be I don't lose anything by asking.

Everything is working perfectly now. I'm also able to log on on Cpanel as well. Thank you so much!

It's working once more! Thank you very much! I'm still unable to log on my cpanel though... I'd really appreciate if you could send me a reset password mail and I've tried many times to reset my password but the mail never arrives.

I also have this same issue. I made my own thread as I have other issues as well but I'm still awaiting reply.

Hello. I'm on the Johnny server and since yesterday, during the MySQL downtime, I have been completely unable to access any of my files with the file manager. The file manager appears completely blank, I'm also unable to make backups or even connect with FTP. I have been completely blocked from accessing my site. What's more, while I was trying to fix things today I suddenly stopped being able to access my Cpanel, no matter how much I try to log in it appears that my password is wrong. And what's worse, no matter how much I try to reset my password the reset email never comes. I'm completely stumped on what to do at the moment. Please help.
