So what are you telling , this is basic and a person who know what is hosting and how to setup DNS will have to know this basic knowledge.

Yeah set your ip to the address shown in the cpanel , left side column , if your domain provider provides instant porting , you need not need to wait 24 - 48 hrs just 5 - 10 minutes. Hope this helped ^ _ ^
