  2. Hello everyone, my account has been archived due to inactivity. I tried to renew it through the renew link (https://www.heliohost.org/renew/) before and after I cleared my cookies, but I could not reactivate it myself. Could you please unarchive it? Here is the info: HH username: cecacons Server: Johnny I am available in case you need further information. Thanks in advance and best regards, Crystalena
  3. Krydos, thank you very much: now I managed to connect to the server, and I found my database. This is exactly what I wanted to do. I am really looking forward to be using your services: keep up the good work!
  4. Hello, I am trying to remotely connect to Johnny Server by using pgAdmin III: I tried many things, looked at many FAQs and forums, but it looks like something needs to be done on the admin side. From this post, I can see it is possible to do it on Stevie, and I also tried it myself when I had a Stevie account (don't have it anymore). Here, I can see that someone managed to get pgAdmin connected to Johnny, and that is exactly what I would like to do. This is the post I wrote in April 2015 in the Customer Service section (probably the wrong section). My data is: Host: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 5432 Service: (empty) Maintenance DB: postgre Username: cecacons Password: (correct password) Attached, you can see a screenshot of the error message I get trying to connect remotely. I really hope someone can help me here, because I have run out of ideas. Thank you in advance.
  5. Any news on this? From other posts, it looks like it should be possible to connect to the DB on pgAdmin.
  6. Hello, I am trying to connect remotely to my Postgre DB using PGAdmin III using the following information: Host: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 5432 Service: (empty) Maintenance DB: postgre Username: cecacons But I receive this error message: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "188.102.51.198", user "cecacons", database "postgres", SSL off Could you please help me with the setup? Thank you in advance.
  7. Hello, I was the owner of the account 'guidetti' on the server 'johnny' and I recently deleted it in order to create another account. I have been trying to register the new account (mandrake) using the domain cecaconsulting.tk, but I keep on receiving an error email saying that the DNS entry for that domain is already been used. Obviously, I can't log in my previous account (guidetti) because i deleted it... Oh, and when I try to reach the webpage of my domain (www.cecaconsulting.tk) I get the 'Account Queued' message. is there anything I can do to fix this problem myself? Would it be possible for you to delete all the DNS entries regarding cecaconsulting.tk, allowing me to use it in my new account? Thanks in advance for the time, and for the great service you are offering!
