Why is there no answer? Should I wait longer or not?

When will I get the answer to this?

When I create a new database, there is a lot of tables and sequences with pp0508, formento, mtjiran, dotacorp and secko007_postgre as owners, so I can't delete them. Is there a way to get rid of it, like for example, creating these owners? I'm on Johnny and my domain is juzare.heliohost.org. Thank you.

I made a new account today, but I still cannot use ftp and webdisk and the web site http://juzare.heliohost.org/ seems to be down. It seems that I have to start these services, but I don't know how. What should I do? Thank you.
