Hi, First, I would like to say thank you for the great service you guys offer! I would like to restore this account, i.e konomith. Still, I'm a bit confused as which my second account is. If you are talking about an account with username 'deena', that is my employer's account, I suggested her to create an account here to use the database services you guys offer, and helped her set it up and manage from time to time. If that breaches any rules I apologize, and please if it is possible to restore her account as well so at least her data is backed up. Thank you!
