  1. Awesome! I had my account suspended once from a couple of months ago. That could have explained it. Thanks a lot, guys!
  2. Hi everyone, My Web site cannot render ASPX files any longer. Whenever that I go to an ASPX page, I would get a "connection was reset" error message. However, all other file types work just fine. Could someone please help me fix this problem?
  3. Oh, I see. I will keep that in mind, wolstech. Thanks a lot for your help, guys.
  4. Hello everyone, I have just recently created a new account on the Tommy server. However, I am having problems rendering ASPX files on my Web site. Whenever that an ASPX file is requested, even if it contains plain text, the following error message is displayed: All other file types processes normally. Is there anyone here who could help me fix this problem?
  5. Hello everyone, I have recently created a new account on the Johnny server, as my old one was deleted due to technical difficulties with the old Johnny server. However, I am having problems getting my domain changed to the one that was used on my old account (ejweb.cu.cc). After a few days of "successfully" changing my domain to ejweb.cu.cc using Domain Change, the Primary Domain from CPanel still remains the same. Adding it as an alias does not work, as I am getting the following error message: Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?
  6. Thank you, wolstech, for the details.

  8. Hello, Krydos. Thanks a lot for your help. They both work now just fine.
  9. Hello, I am having a few problems with my MySQL database. I cannot log-in to phpMyAdmin from my Web-hosting Johnny account, "ejweb", and am getting the following error message when I check the database using "Check DB": Is there anything that I would be able to do to help fix these problems? Thank you.
  10. Is there someone here who would be able to help me fix this problem? Assistance will no longer be required for this thread.
  11. Thank you, Krydos, for going through my concerns in detail, addressing areas using quotations from my previous message. As I have just started learning Ruby on Rails, my understanding of the Web site development process and its file system is extremely limited. My apologies if I had not expressed my problem properly from my first message. I will go through the Web site that you had provided to gain a better understanding of how Ruby on Rails works. Should I have any non-technical-related problems regarding your hosting service, I will request for some assistance in the Questions section of this forum. Thank you. Your help was greatly appreciated.
  12. Hi, yashrs, thank you for your providing what the script looks like from your side of the view. Hopefully, that will help give some insight as to what is presently happening.
  13. Thank you for looking into my problem. However, it has not solved my original concerns. The RB script file (http://www.ejweb.tk/test/index.rb) still displays a blank Web page, and am still getting a connection timed out error message when I go to http://ejweb.tk:12955/ directly. Would you, or anyone else here on this forum, be able to help me have this resolved?
  14. Hello, After setting up a Ruby on Rails application on my account using the instructions from the "Deploying a Rails application on HelioHost" Web page (http://wiki.helionet.org/Deploying_a_Rails_application_on_HelioHost), I cannot view RB files on my Web site. I have uploaded an RB file to the "/home/ejweb/rails_apps/test/" directory called "index.rb", and had given it a chmod of 755. However, when I look at the script file on the Web site at http://www.ejweb.tk/test/index.rb, it displays a blank Web page. Is the "/home/ejweb/rails_apps/test/" path the correct directory to upload RB files? Additionally, I get a connection timed out error message when I go to http://ejweb.tk:12955/ directly. Is this behaviour normal?
