The account was opened quite some time ago and the last login was on 12th of March 2015 at latest. So I hope it shouldn't have been deleted due to inactivity, but I could be mistaken. Last response from the email account on this account was on 9th of April. After that it seems it has disappeared. Can this be checked in more detail just so that I can put my mind to ease. Thanks!
