Thank you so much! Although I am still having problems with it, I was able to back up my files. I think the problem may have been that username is bathroom not bathroomguy. -
a. HelioHost username: bathroomguy b. the server your account is on: Johnny c. HelioHost main domain: aboveallattendents.heliohost.org When I try to reactivate my account I get an error that my account does not exist or isn't inactive. I do not have any cron jobs and haven't run the mail script recently. I just want to back up my files, but let me know what the problem is. It might be on Stevie.
