What's happened to my http://demo.heliohost.org/wordpress/ it's always "Error establishing a database connection"? Is the MySQL server still have a problem or it's now fixed and just some of us experiencing this? How can I fix this? Thanks..

How do I enable a content delivery network (CDN) such as CloudFlare, with a *.heliohost.org subdomain? Upon adding a website and inputting my *.heliohost.org subdomain in getting started with CloudFlare, this quote is appearing: "We were unable to identify *.heliohost.org as a registered domain. Please ensure you are providing the root domain and not any subdomains (e.g., example.com, not subdomain.example.com) (Code: 1099)" And also, can the nameservers of a *.heliohost.org subdomain be changed? Is using CloudFlare with a *.heliohost.org subdomain, not possible? If it is, could you give me the right instructions to achieve that? If it's not, can you give me a specific CDN that can be used in such subdomain with a little instructions? Thank you..

A few days later I change my *.heliohost.org subdomain to demo.heliohost.org using the script "Domain Change" and upon waiting approximately for about 48 hours and check my desired subdomain, it takes forever to load.. So, I decided to delete my HelioHost account, and this time I tried to register again with my desired subdomain but unfortunately, it said: "We're sorry, but that domain has already been taken. Please go back and enter a different domain." Can somebody make it available for me 'cause I really need that for the live preview of my upcoming product? Can somebody help me for that purpose? Thanks, anyway..

Because whenever I try to connect with my Special FTP Account or with my added FTP account, here's what I'm seeing: Status: Resolving address of ftp.username.heliohost.org Status: Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21... Response: 220-Local time is now 20:23. Server port: 21. Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server. Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 2 minutes of inactivity. Command: AUTH TLS Response: 234 AUTH TLS OK. Status: Initializing TLS... Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server But when I try to connect to ftp://ftp.username.heliohost.org with my browser, I can logged in.. I'm using FileZilla 3.14.0, can you guess what's the problem? Thanks!

I'm very serious to use the HelioHost free hosting to host my upcoming commercial scripts. Upon trying to register a HelioHost account on Stevie 3-4 times with a username that starts with a number, they've successfully "Hosting Account Installed!" but later received the following email: Title: HelioHost Account Error Dear 5ervant, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry you must provide a valid username Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards, HelioHost Staff I doubt that registering a username that starts with a number is not allowed by the system. Can somebody help me create a HelioHost account with that username that starts with a number? Don't worry I'll delete the other one if this is possible with the help of an administrator or moderator. Thank you!

I just want to know if I set everything right. HelioHost Username: servant Main Domain: servant.heliohost.org Can I know if the "HelioNet Username" that I inputted upon my HelioHost registration is my HelioNet username here? I just want to check it.. Thanks for the support!
