I've been trying to add an access host to my site's database, it says that "The host “%” was added to the access list." but it remains empty. Is this function disabled now?

Hi, I'm getting some problems while trying to connect to my database(eshkatio_transformicecafe): "Access denied for user 'eshkatio'@'stevie.heliohost.org' (using password: YES)" i tried to login in phpmyadmin, but it doesn't recognize my username. how can i fix this?
