Hello. I'm owner of adamgudynowski.heliohost.org and recently somehow lost access to cpanel. Not sure how exactly. I was trying to reset password, but not getting any e-mails, also checking in spam etc. I still have access to FTP though. Can You please help me reset password? Regards, Adam

Hello. My website adamgudynowski.heliohost.org is unavailabe in Poland for about 3 days. At first I thought it is a general problem with hosting (recent Hurricane Electric problems), but using fe VPN to UK, or proxy from USA site is accessible. Most visitors come from Poland, so from my point of view the site is down. Error in web browser is ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Regards Adam EDIT. Flushing DNS hasn't helped.

Hello. I'm owner of http://adamgudynowski.heliohost.org/ and did not created full backup of database before Stevie MySQL manipulations. I don't want reveal my usernames publicly. 1. Could You please restore database 'adam_homepage' for my account? There are two db users that used this db. 2. PhpMyAdmin doesn not work for me now. When I click link, I'm requested to log in again, and then I'm redirected to completely blank page. 3. I've forgotten password to my helionet account (karambolis8) and can't restore it because most probably I,ve registered here with e-mail address karambolis8@o2.pl that was abandoned long time ago.
