OK, what is the procedure for moving to Stevie? I'd like to do that first before I tackle the problem of "no outgoing emails" P.S. I tried logging in from other computers to no avail

I have the same problem. Can't log into cPanel despite l/p being correct (the same ones that worked and I never changed them) User: zyxel Server: JohnnySSL Also, I have a problem that I never could send outgoing emails to the Internet, using SMTP or Webmail. The email gets accepted for delivery (by SMTP or Webmail) and I can even send that email to myself (shortly thereafter it appears on my Heliohost's POP server and Webmail) but it never makes it out if it is addressed to any external mail servers (out there on the Internet). Last, but not least, my ping times to the Johnny server are on the order of 100ms but my cPanel load times are on the order of minutes. Why? Is this normal with Johnny?

That's the problem. What IP to enter in the A record of the DNS nameserver of my domain in order to have that domain hosted with us?

How can I find out the fixed IP address on JohnnySSL that I have just paid for ?

Is this the right place to post payment info? If it is please be informed that I have made a payment via this awful racket known as PayPal which I really really did not want to use. Are there any options for the future no to use these evil people?
