Hey guys, I just donated in order to register a Tommy Server account, but because I've already have "craigary" as my forum username, I can't register "craigary" as cpanel username, seems like they can't be identical. It would be nice if you guys can solve this problem, and please change my current forum username to "craighart" if necessary, Thank you!

Here is my IP: 106.116.226.132 I'm in China right now and I guess the server might got blocked by gov at first. And I can access my website via a proxy. However when I use asm.ca.com ping my site, it shows Packets lost (100%), So I am totally confused OMG I found the reason! The problem is on my router, sorry guys problem solved

Thank you, it works! But there's still two problems, I've uploaded Wordpress installation file but it still shows "Account Queued" when I visit my index and try to install it, and anther problem is I still need use a proxy to access Cpanel. Anyway, Thank you guys~

Hi, I'm from China and I found that I can't visit my site when I turn my proxy off, DNS settings are nothing wrong. Could you change my account to a Chinese-visible ip address? Here is my info.
