What is a Question?

A question is when you don't understand something. For example:

How to I connect remotely to a mysql database?

Questions are usually constant - that is, they can be asked during any state of the server, and still get the same answer.

Questions go on the Q&A site.

What is a support request?

A Support Request is when something is something is out of the ordinary. For example:

Help! Normally I can login to cpanel, but now it won't work.

Do not phrase this as:

How come I cannot log into cpanel?

Support requests go in the customer service forum.
