Thank you so much for identifying me.
No I didn't do anything with my account and deletion script. Today morning when I checked my website which is showing your account is in que. After many efforts to make a login into cPanel, I wrote this mail.

Please provide my site back. Don't know what happened but I have so many data in my database.

Need 2 points of assistance from you:

1. Could you be so kind so as to remove my wife's (and mine if I mentioned
it) name from the post for privacy reasons?
I was unaware this ticket would be public and would be using direct forum
posts in the future so it won't show (user)names.

Also, I need help from you understanding your signup process.

2. Do we currently have accounts in your system?

It's possible I might have incorrectly assumed that my/our signup requests
were put in a queue and eventually accepted but it looks like that's not
the case?

Instead it seems like one has to visit the site when the signup opens up at
a certain time everyday until the allocations for the day run out?

i have created the db. I have also created a folder to suit the installer.
howver the software is unable. There is a shell_exec() command in the
installer code which creates the folder according to the systems standards.
I have cleaned it up again so i need to install it properly again. go to my
link /installer should give you an idea. Is it possible for you to do it ?

Hi,
There is a sub domain with the installation steps. It needs the database
and it needs to create a folder called "doc" for logs and backups . Do i
send you the db details here ? Also one part of the installation requires
you to define the admin password, so please inform me of that password once
you are done.

I currently have some files on the free hosting plan. I need someone from
your admin side to install it. I cannot do it as the shell_exec() commands
are disabled and i dont want to use vps atm because its just a demo for
some people.

Please advise if you can do it so i can send you the details.

Hello, I have signed up for an account, have access and have uploaded my files. They were created using FrontPage 2003. I had it hosted elsewhere and wanted to keep it up for reference. I seem to be missing something. When I cleck on an HTM file in Cpanel it just shows HTML in view. When I try to access it from the web it says this page isn't working. Am I missing a "Publish" step? It is: old_BHRA.heliohost.org. The landing page is Index.htm. Do I have to load Frontpage extensions? if so how. WOW..sorry so many questions.

I'm trying to reset my password on the forum, and when I hit the I'm
not a robot box, I get a message saying something about my computer or
network is sending automated querys or something like that. Now, when
I hit that box on the password reset form for my hosting account, the
form at heliohost.org/reset, I don't get that message, even though you
are still using recaptcha. What would you recommend for me to do.
