I am using my userid then entering my hotmail email and it gives me the message the the email is not correct. It is the only hotmail address I have ever had. This does not make sense, something is wrong. I think the error is incorrect.

I'm trying to connect to a mysql database in the way I used to do it, or as
I remember to do it before the crack of the tommy server, I'm getting an
access denied message.
my username is "jr.romanacosta@gmail.org" or "jrra"
I'm using dbeaver in ubuntu linux 20.04

the parameters that I'm using are the following:

Server Host: tommy.heliohost.org
port: 3306
database:jrra_covid19
user: jrra_devUser

I hope you're doing good, I just checked on the configuration of my
account, when the server crashed I went away, I recreated the account but
my 2gb space and the inactivity was never restored.

on the email chain you can track my donations (first the extra gb, and then
the new server)

Hi,
I was trying to register an accound this morning and made 10$ donation through paypal.
Clicking on the "Tommy invitation" says still no account. And status says "That account is awaiting validation."
Could you please let me know what I should do now?
Longer term, I willing to give support to heliohost, since it seems to provide a useful community service.
My usage of bandwidth, CPU and storage is not going to be very high, but I would prefer to get something with a decent reliability and availability.
