Hi,

 

I have a problem about the name of account and domain which need your help.

 

Otigianlly, I signed up with the name sopython, but then I wanted to change the server, so deleted the account and resigned using the name sopytho2. So now, my account name and main domain are both sopytho2. But when I switch to forums, I found the account name becomes to sopython, it is strange.

 

My question is whether it is possible to change the name of my account and main domain to sopython? If yes, please help me do so.

It is possible but you'll need to backup your site and delete your account first by using this script: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php. After that, your forum account will have to be renamed by a root admin. This is in order to avoid conflict when registering for a new hosting account (with the correct username). A root admin will send you an invite for Tommy via email for you to sign up again.
