  1. Okay, I've switched your IP. Are you able to access your website now?
  2. Is the issue here that the user is unable to log in to cPanel, or that something is wrong with their Java page?
  3. Has the issue been corrected now? If not, I'll submit a support ticket to the cPanel folks.
  4. I think this issue should be corrected now. Let me know if it's not.

    PostgreSQL

I'm not sure that there is a setting in WHM to change the version...
  6. We're good on money right now... a couple thousand in the bank. The problem is more that servers require time to configure and buying more and more servers is not a scalable solution to our uptime woes.
  7. Yeah, it's $12, payable to admin@heliohost.org.
  8. Sorry guys, I've had some things come up at work. I'm actually in Palo Alto right now, by the way... which your map doesn't seem to include, jje Sorry about the earlier issues with HelioHost and HelioNet... they were due to corrupt DBs. And the PostgreSQL stuff seems to be corrected.
  9. Golden Chang: are you experiencing the same behavior as Krydos?
  10. I'm currently not getting a response from either of the nameservers.
  11. Sorry guys, this was mostly my bad for running upcp and increasing disk space at the same time, and for not rebooting Stevie earlier. Apologies; I'll try to be more careful and prompt in the future.

    Server instability.

Sorry guys, this is the result of attempting to run upcp (and increasing package disk space) on Stevie. At this point I think it's better to leave those running. The disk space increaser it on the Vs (it goes alphabetically), and once it finishes upcp should finish soon. The limit they both reached was RAM, surprisingly. At this point Johnny has finished all the tasks I gave him over the night and should be okay. Stevie's done with the disk space increase. Now he's just trying to finish upcp.
  13. Piotr: I just checked, and they both have the same zone file right now. I'm guessing any issues right now are being caused by the intermittent downtimes? Let me know if this persists in 12 or so hours.
  14. That would be a much better solution, but I don't believe that it's possible. It's probably possible if you build the page with raw HTML?
  15. Okay, sync completed. Hopefully this issue should be resolved. In the future, if one of you has a intermittent DNS issue and is technically inclined, try installing dig in a UNIX environment and compare the results of: dig @ns1.heliohost.org yourdomain.com dig @ns2.heliohost.org yourdomain.com If the results are different (especially if one of the results does not exist), then we have a problem.
  16. Geoff: are you up for trying to install a newer version of Perl side-by-side with our current one? If so, give it a go (and make sure you don't break things, of course...) An additional version of PostgreSQL has failed in the past. It's a harder problem since you'll have to be running two daemons...
  17. Okay, running a full sync right now.
  18. Let's keep the conversation going in the todo thread...
  19. Hmm? You guys could implement this too. You just need to modify php/html/signup.php. Kind of hacky to put it in there, but oh well...
