Hi My account was working fine this morning, and now when browsing to the home page, it redirects to the Account Queued page? What I did do was clear out the public_html folder on ftp, would this cause the account queued to show up? user: browntel domain: twobrownshoes.co.cc

Ah crap, sorry Wizard. I did do a search on the forum for "activity" and came across the Support FAQ, but didn't read it properly. After re-reading it, I see it does state "log into cPanel once a month".

Hi I registered a co.cc domain yesterday and entered the name servers for HelioHost at the co.cc register. I then created an account on HelioHost for this domain. If I try and do an nslookup on the domain from multiple DNS servers, the domain is still not being found. Would it be possible for one of the admins to have a look and see if I'm in a queue of some sort, and possibly see if everything seems to be in order? Username: browntel Domain: twobrownshoes.co.cc

Hi I caught a glimpse in one of the posts on HelioNet that accounts are removed are a certain period of inactivity. Just out of curiosity on my part, what does this entail? Inactivty on the forum? Hits on the website? Updates on the website?

Google Chrome is the browser for me. I was a big time Firefox user (and it is still a very close second behind Chrome). But nowadays I'm a simpler person, and all a simple person wants to do is get on the 'Net and browse...and browse quickly! Chrome starts up quickly and is blazingly faster than any of the other browsers. I use the Adblock extension, and that's all I need. Tony, did you select Firefox? If you did, you didn't say why you prefer it.
