  1. Thank you very much! Also, thank you again for providing this wonderful service! I'll make sure to put a banner prompting users to donate, when I'm done with the project.
  2. I've completely forgotten about this little project of mine as things got a little hectic in my life... whoops! I would appreciate it if someone could unarchive it. a. Username: andoruc b. HelioHost Server: Tommy or Charlie (don't quite remember) c. Domain: jpopfantasia.cf Thank you in advance!
  3. Thanks! Now it works. I forgot what the new username was, after I deleted my previous account to move over to Tommy.
  4. That page also doesn't load Will PM you my external IP address.
  5. Been trying to log into my cPanel and load my site (jpopfantasia.cf), but it never is able to connect. Also tried to ping both my site and the link to Tommy, but all that resulted in lost packets.
  6. Thanks for all your answers. I now have an additional question: how do I make the subdomains all use the same certificate? ATM I'm not able to connect to the subdomains through https.
  7. Yup, should've checked. Thanks for the help regardless
  8. I've sent this message to support@heliohost.org and did not get any answers in 24 hours, so I'm guessing the staff must be busy. Hope I'm not annoying you guys... First and foremost, I would like to thank you for the wonderful service that you provide for free! With it, I will be able to host the few pages and files I require for my hobby project.Although today I've encountered a problem: I've tried installing a Let's Encrypt certificate through the cPanel, and while I'm not 100% sure I did everything I should've, I've tried accessing my site (jpopfantasia.cf) with https, but it gives me this error in Firefox (and I'm assuming I will get the same in the other browsers): jpopfantasia.cf uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for the following names: andorub.heliohost.org, mail.andorub.heliohost.org, www.andorub.heliohost.org Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER Could this be a result of something I did wrong, or is this a redirection issue or such? I've attached a screenshot the SSL page from my cPanel. Thanks in advance for any help!
